They have qualified writers and few of them have higher degrees as well. Around 600 writers are working with them but they claim higher numbers, probably they have included freelancers as well. Even then the total numbers of writers are less due to which during peak seasons their efficiency and assignment quality seriously gets down. So it is not recommendable to avail their services during peak seasons.
It was hopeless to see website pricing page. I don’t understand the marketing objective behind calling the customer to view the pricing and not displaying anything. Their marketing team needs to work on website to deliver clear cut information whatever company wants. If they don’t want to share any detail, better not to use that in promotion.

The company is in the market from quite few years. They don’t share much information about their own self, rather talking more about business promotion. Their main objective seems to manipulate the information, using punch lines and commitment words to drive the business.
Their writer’s page has just few writers and their authenticity is not confirmed. Also, they don’t share much about their pricing. You can’t know anything about their pricing structure till you make a request for quotation.

The company work hard on meeting the strict deadlines with honesty. They just lack in the resources in meeting the on-time delivery. In normal days they easily meet the delivery deadlines but they fail during the peak seasons. As they put their honest effort to meet the deadlines, that is why I want to praise their efforts. They just have to increase their resources to deal with delivery issue.

Their after sales support has got mixed reviews over internet. On the website they have one toll free number and live chat support as well.
The staffs are trained and they provide their best to satisfy the customers till the customer don’t ask for revision or refund.
Refund Policy
The refund policy is not appreciated. They don’t entertain refund request in most of the cases. This is a common sense that every company doesn’t encourage refund and they make the process difficult so that they can skip many refund cases. Likewise this company is also do not encourage refund even in legitimate cases.
My Analysis
The website is made to gain higher-ranking on Google and not much user friendly. Neither the website architecture is good nor the shared information.
Their experts’ details seem fake and reviews on the site are also fake. These things have done just to influence the customers.
