The company shares no information about their existence. Their About us page is filled with promotional stuff rather than important information.
They claim to be present in US but that is not correct. Why I say this because the quality of assignments use Asian style of writings, specifically Indian. Few students review is also shown in the last of this page stating their assignment blunders.
The qualities of the assignments are substandard. The company has less no of writer and most of the writers are college students that are why their standard and seriousness reflects in their assignments.
I was amazed to see the height of lie they have shared on the website. They claim to have PhD writers (snapshot below), which is incorrect. Anyone can easily understand the level of the experts from seeing the stand of the assignments.
The company is not old that is why they have less number of writers. They have around 50 writers and not all of them are well qualified. They are in the process of expanding so that they focus on numbers rather than the qualification level of writers.
During peak seasons less no of writers will be their biggest problem to maintain quality and deadlines.

Although they are struggling to meet the deadlines, more or less they do maintain. About their delivery standards I got mixed reviews.
But during peak season it is going to toughest to keep this consistent.

On the website, they have just one Toll-Free phone number and live-chat option. Through which anyone can contact the support team.
As per the recent review by a graduate student - The support team is not well briefed about the internal process and operations as if the staffs are new.
Support team gives more focus to new customer and less or very less to the old customers.
The company has a hard refund policy. As they are now in operation for all kind of expenses they have to cut unnecessary expenses and that is why they made the refund process hard.
It may take two to three week of time to refund half of the payment – If your demand is legal and if they get any loophole, they straight away reject the same.
The company is new but they try to pretend as an old company.
They have less staff so their focus is to get the numbers rather than maintaining the quality.
The company is more serious about its advertising rather than gaining customer trust.
