The company claims that they are in the market for 5 years but the reality is different. They are just few years old. Their website is still under construction as on today, 31’Jan’19, when I’m writing this review (*their Blog page do not have any blog and no links are working in this page).
Their assignment quality has negative reviews over internet and their pricing structure is over charged. They don’t talk much about their content writers and testimonials.
Their delivery standards are average. On this parameters they have mixed reviews but majority is in their favor.

The company shares no information about its existence. There is no information about its head office but they represent as an USA venture.
The company writes assignments for many subjects but they still have to cover more if they need to stand in competition with other market players.
On the website they just have email ID and chat to connect. Phone number which is an essential thing for their business is missing.
The quality of their assignment is just average, in some cases below average. In the last of this page I’ll share the reviews of other customers on their assignment quality.
Some students also claims that their assignment was plagiarize (*copy and pasted) and when they submit the same in their colleges they have failed.
The company has around 200+ writers and many of them are perusing their graduation. They are not mature enough that they take the writing career casually and do not take pressure to give their best. Due to the reason their assignment gets average marks.
These writers are not the native of English speaking countries and this gap clearly reflects in their assignments, leading to bad grades.
The company has just spent few years in the market, they have bad quality image in the market still they charge higher. I don’t know what their management wants. I agree they could have gain expertise in making the customer pay higher for bad quality, but with these standards they can’t service longer.
Their pricing is little higher, the following screen shot depicts that. There are companies in the market which offer quality in low price.
They get fewer orders and they have around 200 writers due to which they are running their business and meeting the deadlines.
But, when they start getting more orders or even in peak seasons they hardly manage to meet the deadlines.
This is their strong point and they keep on maintain it, for that they have to increase their resources, as soon as possible.
After Sales Support
They just have one live chat and email for communication. Why don’t phone number. If I need to explain my requirements in an order which I plan to give them, should I keep on writing a big page explanation on chat?
Why they don’t share a phone number?
They are in the business where customer (*students) may need to talk with the company representative many times for one order.
But they don’t share any contact number on the website. Even their contact page just has a form where customer needs to send their query and wait for the reply.
This is not a good practice.
Their refund policy is not good and hard to qualify. As in the above example I talk about a no went to the company as the company has shared a copy pasted material in the assignment due to which the student got fail in the examination.
When he approached to the company through mail, company strictly rejected its refund without any clear reason.
Other matter apart, I am much concern about their illogical practices.
They are in assignment industry and they don’t have strong channel to connect.
The website is quite simple and lucrative to drive the students into sales.
No section about writers and reviews.
